What is IKVM?

Turn on the firewall and unable to SSH? Server overloading unable to SSH? This is the right device for you to login to the server.

Do request our helpdesk at sales@ds.my to plugin the IKVM on your server (24hr only). And we will give you the web login, so you will able to manage access to your server.

How do i reinstall OS?

You may use IKVM to help you install the OS, make sure do you have the Operating System ISO file on your computer. Login to Consolse (make sure you pc have java). Choos the Virtual media => CDROM&ISO => load your ISO file => plugin

after that login to the bios or boor priority, make sure it boot from USB.
